Sear the meat in a pan. Boiling can be done if preferred. Drain the pan and add back the meat.
Add onion, green pepper, and garlic, and sauté until garlic is golden.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, water, and seasonings.
Cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes. The sauce takes time to reduce (thicken).
When the sauce reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat.
Begin cooking spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
When the noodles are ready, add them to a plate and then pour the sauce on top of the noodles.
