step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onions, eggs, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, milk, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Mix by hand until just combined; do not over-mix.

Transfer meat mixture to a bread pan and shape evenly.

Bake meatloaf at 375°F for 40 minutes.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine remaining ketchup, white vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, black pepper, and salt to make the glaze. Mix well.

Remove meatloaf from oven and pour glaze over the top. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes.

Allow meatloaf to rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

2 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

1/3 Cup Honey
